Dear Colleagues, If you participated in the final Best Practice Marketing Workshop, please give some feedback by replying to this post. At the very least, please identify one thing that went well and one thing that could have been done better.Posted on 22 Apr 2007 by Enrique
Marcus_ I think the workshop was really interesting, but we should have more time to think about future tasks, regarding the manual“s implementation. I think we need to start working on a implementation model,in order to set up a manual“s continued updating process, if we want to keep the network alive. I will start working wih Juanita on Red Ecolsierra“s case study and with Ernesto Bassi in another initiative oriented to provide advice to 4 or 5 organisations, based on the manual“s recommendations. Thanks Enrique. I agree that we need to work on the implementation model. Hopefully what HRDI and ADA are going to do in Chak will give us a better fix on the process of implementing this stuff. I certainly intend to use it to generate a lot of tools and guidelines for practical implementation.As for other future tasks, we will start to develop those- Rome wasn’t built in a day, they say.
It would be great if you and Juanita can add to the Red Ecolsierra case study, especially in respect of how it manages its service providers. I think this is very important information for people trying to build DOREs.
